Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

 

Return Policy:

 

Mazamio aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund or store credit (If preferred).

 

To return an item for a refund or store credit, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns must be made within 5 business days of delivery.
  • The returned item(s) must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice, and original packaging (Labels, Tags, Tote Bags, boxes, microfibers, etc.) except for the mailer.
  • No Item that is stained, damaged, tags off, worn, washed or otherwise unfit for commercial use will be accepted.
  • Please try the Items on with the greatest care and be sure to read our descriptions before ordering. 
  • Items that are in SALE or from PAST COLLECTIONS will not qualify for returns unless item arrives damaged or you have previously bought an item from that collection.

Returns & Refunds logistics:

  • Mazamio will be taking care of USA Shipping labels in case of a returned item.
  • Mazamio will not be liable if when delivered, the package is signed by an official (doorman, office etc.) and is lost.
  • Mazamio will not accept returns if no response is given via email and/or if item is not sent after receiving a return label after 5 days.
  • Outside of US Customers will take care of shipping and duty/taxes in case of returns.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to be issued after delivery and inspection of item.

  • Mazamio offers free ground shipping for all USA orders.
  • International customers will be taking care of Shipping and are subject to custom duties and taxes.
